About Me

After a lengthy career in financial services, in Johannesburg, San Francisco and London, I had the great fortune to discover NLP. This initially led to an interest in natural health (which still persists) and the completion of a 3-year course in Naturopathic studies and a minor course in nutrition. However my interest in the changes that can be made to the mind to improve our lives became my overriding interest.

I am an:

  • NLP Master Practitioner

and hold a:

  • Diploma in Therapeutic Hypnosis & Psychotherapy
  • Advanced diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

I also am trained in and use HeartMath. HeartMath is the ultimate stress management process.

I belong to the following organisations:

  • National Register of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (NRHP)
  • General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)
  • Association of NLP (ANLP) 
      

My working practice is governed by the Codes of Practice of each of these organisations and I work with a UKCP registered supervisor and I carry professional indemnity insurance.
